Google Workspace Plans has some noticeable differences<\/strong><\/h2>\n

  • Noise cancellation is not available in the Business Starter plan but in Business Standard<\/strong>, Business Plus, and Enterprise Plan.<\/li>\n
  • Appointment Booking Pages are not available in the Business Starter plan but in Business Standard, Business Plus<\/strong>, and Enterprise Plan.<\/li>\n
  • In Business Starter Plan, Cloud Smart Search is not available. Whereas in Business Starter and Business Plus plans, there is 1st<\/sup> party data cloud search. In the Enterprise plan<\/strong>, users can search 1st<\/sup> and 3rd<\/sup> party data.<\/li>\n
  • Google Workspace<\/strong> Migrate Tool is not available in the Business Starter plan but in all other plans.<\/li>\n
  • Vault is not present in the Business Starter and Business Standard plan but is available in the other two plans.<\/li>\n
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is only available with the Enterprise plan.<\/li>\n
  • Security Center is only available in the Enterprise plan.<\/li>\n
  • Cloud Identity Premium is also only with the Enterprise plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Google Apps that are included in Google Workspace<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Google Suite<\/strong> has Gmail, Meet, Chat, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Keep, Apps Script, Cloud Search, and Jamboard.<\/p>\n

    For Security and Management<\/strong>, It provides Admin, Endpoint, Vault, and Work Insights.<\/p>\n

    Differences between Google Workspace and free Google Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • Google provides multiple additional applications with Google Workspace<\/strong> that are not included in Google’s free apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • You cannot create a business email like “@yourcompany.com” with free Google Applications, while in G Suite<\/strong>, you can.<\/li>\n
    • It provides twice the storage as compared to Free Google apps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Google Suite<\/strong> provides Admin Controls for user accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
